- Aaron is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Interviewer, and holds a Master's degree in Security Management.
- Aaron has trained hundreds of investigators, auditors, detectives, and security personnel on investigations, interviewing, and security techniques and practices.
- Aaron is a subject matter expert in Open Source Intelligence collection techniques and the defense of those techniques in applications for digital privacy. Digital surveillance is a real thing.
- Aaron got involved in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) in graduate school and applied CPTED to fraud prevention. The spatial thinking about the world from his Geography and Social Science background were a natural match.
- Prior to a career in investigations and security, Aaron taught college level courses in Biblical Studies, his first Master's degree. He also has worked with churches on their own security needs.
- Aaron is a four stripe purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with 14 years of experience and also trains in Judo and Muay Thai when he can. He also hates talking about himself so much.
